Meet the Judges!
Dawn Dunham
Dawn grew up in the salon and has been working in the salon since the age of 12. She acquired her hairdresser's license before graduating high school in 1993. Knowing she has always wanted to teach, she worked for a few manufacturers before finding her fit with Goldwell. Dawn has been an educator with Goldwell for over 23 years, now. 2020 Dawn obtain her Barber’s license so that she could be fully equipped to do all aspects of hair. Now she can apprentice barbers too. As an educator, she has trained many apprentices, assisting them to launch their own careers. Dawn proudly shares her countless hours of extended education with Team Cutters staff and Alaska's community of hairdressers.

Tilden Morgan
Department of the Army Civilian - Fort Wainwright, AK
Retired US Army Warrant Officer (87-2008), currently serving as a Department of the Army Civilian stationed at Fort Wainwright, AK (2018-Present). He is the owner of Custom Creations Embroidery and Digitizing LLC. (a.k.a. : “DOD exit plan”) , a business he created in 2013. You can, on occasion, find Tilden at his favorite brewery (Hoo Doo) moonlighting as one of the hosts of “36…The Podcast”. Tilden has been a supporter and sponsor of the Permafrost Beards Mr. Face-Jacket annual Fairbanks Community Food-bank fundraiser since 2019.
